LA GAÎTÉ LYRIQUE SUR PAPIER

J’ai tiré une série d’impressions issues du film de la Gaité Lyrique. Plusieurs personnes m’ayant déjà demandé une version, je vais relancer une nouvelle série sous peu. Si vous êtes intéressés n’hésitez pas , envoyez moi un mail. Il s’agit d’une impression de 60x80cm sur papier photo.

I did some printings from la Gaîté Lyrique project, and a lot of people asked me for a version. So if you are interested I will do a reprint soon, just email me if you are interested. it’s a 60×80 cm print on photo paper.

PICTOPLASMA CHARACTERS IN MOTION 2

Le second volume DVD de Pictoplasma Characters in Motion vient enfin de sortir. Il s’agit d’une sélections surprenante d’animations autour du “Character” réalisés par des studios de renoms, des motion designers ainsi que des nouveaux talents (dont j’ai le plaisir de faire parti). Comme le premier volume, vous trouverez un livre de 64 pages retraçant le processus créatif, des premiers croquis et références visuelles aux designs finaux. Bref, je recommande vivement ce DVD à tous ceux qui aiment les “Characters”.

The ‘Characters in Motion 2′ DVD has finally been released. It features surprising, cutting edge character-driven animation by established studios and designers as well as fresh, upcoming talent ( I have the pleasure to be part of it) . As in the first edition you will find a 64 page full colour book, which gives in-depth information about the creators, presenting insight into their process of creation, from the first sketch and visual reference to the finished character. So if you like “Charcters” just grab it quickly.

Voici donc l’ouvrage pour lequel nous avons redessiné le caractère”Chaillot”.
Il s’agit d’un ouvrage sur l’histoire du festival de théâtre d’Avignon.

Here is the book for which we have redrawn the “Chaillot” typography.
It’s a book about the history of the theatre festival of Avignon.

ADVENTURE IN MOVING IMAGE

Le dernier volet de la collection Onedotzero select DVD vient de sortir, il s’agit d’une compilation des meilleurs films du dernier festival Onedotzero_10. Ce DVD est une sélection très hétéroclite de vidéos, courts-métrages, documentaires, etc… réunis sous la bannière des nouvelles images graphiques. Mon court métrage “Géant de suie” a la chance d’en faire partie, merci Shane & Onedotzero

The material on the dvd is an eclectic mix of cutting edge digital works from music videos to experimental film & documentary as well as new graphic narrative work. GRAPHIC MOTION DESIGN DVD MAGAZINE N°3

Suite à un changement d’équipe éditoriale, je me retrouve embarqué dans un nouveau projet de magazine autour du motion graphic design. Je ne sais pas trop ce que ça va donner, mais ça pourrait devenir une expérience intéressante et enrichissante. On en re-parlera dans quelques mois; mais l’équipe à l’air sympa. COMITÉ COLBERT FÊTE LA CHINE

Catalogue de l’exposition « Comité Colbert fête la Chine ».
À l’occasion de l’année de la Chine en France, le Comité Colbert a organisé une grande exposition, regroupant les produits de grandes maisons (Chanel, Dior, Hermès, etc.) autour du thème de la Chine. Cette exposition itinérante posera d’abord ses valises à la Pagode (Paris) puis s’envolera pour HongKong, puis Pékin.

Celebrating the China year in France, the Colbert Comity has organized an exhibition regrouping different products from the French luxury brands (Chanel, Dior, Hermes, etc.) around the theme of China. This exhibition will first start in France at « la Pagode » and later fly over to HongKong and Beijing.
