STILL ALIVE

Après quelques semaines à Londres et surtout quelques mois d’absence :-) , je mets juste un petit poste pour dire que ça travaille dure sur différents projets et qu’il y aura bientôt du nouveau. Sinon pour info, je serai à l’Apple Store Opéra cette semaine pour une petite présentation de mon travail.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013

Après cette tentative avorté de fin du monde, je sors tout juste de mon bunker pour vous souhaiter une très Bonne Année 2013 :-). Pour cette nouvelle année je vous propose: deux nouveaux films qui vont être mis en ligne sous peu, un court métrage en préparation et pleins d’autres surprises . Bref pleins de belles choses en perspective.

After this failed end of the world, I m just coming out from my bunker to wish you a Happy New Year :-). This year will start with two new projects (soon online), a new short film in production and lots of other surprises. So stay tuned.

Vous connaissez mon admiration pour Jim Henson, figurez vous que la JIM HENSON FOUNDATION m’a fait l’honneur de sélectionner " COLOSSE a wood tale" pour son festival PUPPETS ON FILM au BAM de Brooklyn. Vous imaginez comme je suis content et fier :-)
De plus "COLOSSE" sera aussi projeté dans le cadre de PICTOPLASMA NYC une semaine auparavant. Deux magnifiques salles où vous pourrez le voir sur grand écran, les infos à propos des festivals sont à la suite. Enjoy

A quick post for the New Yorkers. You know how much I admire Jim Henson, well I’m proud and happy to announce that the JIM HENSON FOUNDATION has selected "COLOSSE a wood tale" to be part of the PUPPETS ON FILM festival at the BAM in Brooklyn.
Colosse will also be screened at PICTOPLASMA NYC one week earlier. Two amazing theater were you will be able to see it on big screen, all infos about the festival are bellow. Enjoy

THE 1 000 000 km COURIER

Le Salon de l’automobile de Paris 2012 vient de  fermer ses portes, mais voici un film promotionnel pour le Toyota Hiace. Fabriqué entièrement à la main, ce spot raconte l’incroyable histoire de Per Kongstad Petersen, qui a effectué plus d’un million de kilomètres avec son Hiace sans le moindre souci.
Vous pouvez voir le travail accompli à travers un petit making of maison.

Paris 2012 car show just closed its doors few day ago, but here is a new film for the Toyota Hiace. Entirely hand made, this spot tells the story of Per Kongstad Petersen, who drove over one million kilometer without  a single worry.

A wood tale

COLOSSE

Après 2 ans de gestation, voici  "COLOSSE" mon petit court métrage concocté avec beaucoup d’amour. Je suis fan de Jim Henson depuis longtemps et j’avais toujours voulu travailler avec des marionnettes. J’ai donc eu la chance de pouvoir le faire sur ce projet mélangeant: maquettes, marionnettes, matte paintings, animation 2D, 3D…Bref, un gros mélange de tout ce que j’aime. Je vais pas m’étendre trop car  j’ai tourné tout au long du projet un making of qui vous montrera comment on l’a fabriqué. Le film va voyager dans les festivals ces prochains mois, donc je vous ai mis que la bande annonce pour l’instant, mais je mettrai le film en entier bientôt. J’espère que vous aimerez

After 2 years of waiting, here is  "COLOSSE" my little short film I made with lots of love. I’m a Jim Henson fan since a long time and I always wanted to work with Puppets. So I had the chance to do it on this project that mix: Models, Puppet, Matte paintings, 2D, CG animation… It’s like a giant melting pot of all the things I like. I won’t speak too much about it because I did a making of during all the process, so you can see how we made it. Please enjoy this teaser for Colosse in addition to the making of Colosse for now as it will be travelling the Festival circuit. Be sure to check back in for its official premiere. I hope you like it.
